Are there any Vegan options?
Yes! Everything we make is Vegan.
What about allergens?
We are a 100% Dairy-Free and 100% animal product free facility.
Noble Bites is not a gluten-free facility.
Our products may contain and/or share equipment with soy, wheat, legumes, seeds, nuts and/or nutmeats.
If you are sensitive or have allergies to
specific ingredients, please be sure to the ingredients listed on our product ingredient page prior to ordering.
When and how do I get my order?
Lead Times & Order Pickup:
All orders placed before 7:00pm will be ready for pickup at 13909 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Ste 106, Tampa, FL 33618 on the date and time you select when checking out.
Orders can be picked up anytime between the hours of 11:00am-8:00pm Tuesday-Saturday.
We provide a locker number and 4 digit code when your order is ready to be picked up.

Where are your products made?
Our products are crafted from scratch in small batches in our licensed facility that is located at 13909 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, Florida.
How long are your products good for?
That depends on what you are ordering. All of our delights are made fresh to order without preservatives. How they are stored can affect the shelf life.
Cupcakes & Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature within 3 days (as they have no preservatives). However, our cakes & cupcakes can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. If you don't plan to consume all of them straight away, we recommend freezing the rest. Take out as many as you intend to eat and let them come to room temperature before consuming.
Cookies are best enjoyed at room temperature within 2 days (as they have no preservatives). However, our cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Chewy Caramel Candies are best enjoyed at room temperature but can be stored in the refrigerator or in a dry, cool place and consumed within 7 days.
Caramel Nut Clusters are best enjoyed at room temperature but can be stored in the refrigerator or in a dry, cool place and consumed within 7 days.
Chocolate Covered Caramel Nut Clusters are best enjoyed at room temperature but can be stored in the refrigerator or in a dry, cool place and consumed within 7 days.
Espresso Infused Chocolate Beans should be stored in a dry, cool place and consumed within 3 months.
Chocolate Truffles are best enjoyed at room temperature but can be stored in the refrigerator or in a dry, cool place and consumed within 7 days.
What is your shipping policy?
NOTE: We are currently taking a break from shipping. We will resume nationwide shipping in the near future, so be sure to check back with us soon!
What about cancellations, refunds, & returns?
Orders are processed and payment taken at time of order. Please be sure that what you order is exactly what you want as we are not usually able to process changes or cancellations.
Because our products are for consumption, we do not accept returns.
However, if you have any concerns or questions about a product, please contact us immediately so that we can make an effort to address and resolve the matter.
